Will Donovan
Associate Attorney
Will Donovan is an associate attorney based in the Albany, NY region, an area he was brought to by earning a B.S. degree in Communication and Rhetoric from the State University of New York in Albany.
After graduating, Will worked in direct human services with high need families, youth, and adults in a variety of settings for over a decade and made a choice to enroll in Albany Law School for the sole purpose of practicing Family Law. Will graduated Albany Law School magna cum laude despite a pandemic, the birth of his and his wife’s first born, and three moves. After graduation, Will practiced within a Public Defender office for two years, where he solely dedicated himself to Family Law matters. Will now brings his passion, commitment, and experience in helping families to the Whitson Law Firm.
Will is originally from the Ithaca, NY area, which he visits frequently in order to see family and friends.
In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with his two young children and wife, getting out into nature, and following Philadelphia area sports teams.
