Ashley Williams-Harris is a New York born and raised native with strong family ties to the Capital Region. She is a mother of three and started her career as a paralegal over a decade ago. She earned her Paralegal Certification with International Career Development Center. Currently Ashley is a member of the Capital District Paralegal Association (CDPA), Empire State Alliance of Paralegal Associations (ESAPA), and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA).
She is a well seasoned paralegal working in multiple areas of law including, family, criminal, foreclosures, contract, personal injury, traffic, wills, appeals, indigent services and real estate. Ashley has spent a majority of her career in family law knowing that was always the area that felt most like home to her. Her personal experience as a special needs mom and a former military wife give her a unique understanding of an often unconventional and mostly chaotic family lifestyle. As a former military wife she had further unique opportunities to provide substantive legal work in multiple states.
Over the years, Ashley Williams-Harris has been able to work closely with a multitude of talented and experienced Attorneys, Judges, former District Attorneys and a countless number of support staff. Working with such a wide variety of talented and knowledgeable people she has been able to grow and expand her skills as a paralegal.
Ashley is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate challenging legal situations with empathy and clarity. She enjoys and takes great pride in having the ability to give people a place of hope when life feels overwhelming.
