Our boutique family law firm is growing and we are looking for a seasoned family law attorney who has experience in litigation as well as Collaborative Practice and/or mediation. At WhitsonLaw, our mission is to create trusting relationships with our clients so that together we can overcome the challenges that our clients and families are facing. We pride ourselves in offering clients focused solutions and fresh insight into their legal issues so that they can choose a path forward that aligns with their personal values. We are tough litigators when we have to be, but we know that litigation should be a last resort and not a starting point for most families.

The prime candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues such as child abuse and domestic violence, and be able to maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high stress situations. If you are passionate about helping people navigate some of the most difficult challenges they may face in their lives, start your application today!
